That's where we come in. Texas Seal on Wheels brings the notary to you, on your schedule, right when you need it most. We're here to make notarizing demands quick, convenient, and stress free.

Services & Rates

We offer general notary services (affidavits, parental travel forms, POA, etc.). Our service rates consist of mandated amounts plus a flat travel fee. We are mobile only, based in Cedar Park TX and we come to you for maximum convenience. All fees follow Texas state guidelines; travel fees further than15 miles are agreed upon in advance. My name is Carlos Montoya. I'm a native Texan from the Hill Country and a payroll professional by day, with 18+ years in the profession. I am a state-commissioned notary public, fully bonded and insured. My goal is to make notarizing quick, convenient and stress-free, especially for busy parents and working families.
